The Monitor

Covering a trial means spending substantial time waiting. The representatives of ADV Trial Monitoring are there for you. We will attend the trial from jury selection to verdict, waiting for every ruling, every disputed motion, and every sidebar. We will sit in courthouses that are too hot, too cold, and too small. We will travel to the most remote locations. It is our belief that your staff should be allowed to stay in their office, rather than waste time on the road. Hiring an observer is your best chance to know what is going on. A good Trial Monitor is part historian, part critic, part scribe, part translator – and always a good listener and critical thinker. Rates available on request. Scheduling is going on now!!! Assignments are taken on a first come, first serve basis as freely as the calendar permits.
